"What do I do?" you ask? Simple, you download to your
computer. Use WINZIP or other utility to open.
Extract the "CURSORS" to "C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes"
if you have "Desktop Themes" in the Control Panel, or "C:\WINDOWS\CURSORS" if not.
Extract the "DESKTOP ICONS" to "C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes"
(same as above. If not, save them to a folder.
You can then use the desktop properties (by right clicking on
the desktop) and setting the new icons using the "Effects" tab. For the cursors, use the mouse settings from your control
panel (click Start, Settings, Control Panel).
